MANSA Drinks & Event Company offers three ways to work with us in Lagos: staffed bar service with our own bartenders, drinks supply where we source and chill everything for your team, or a custom package blending both.

Drinks Supply

Staffed Services

Skilled bartenders and waitstaff, and a choice of how drinks reach your guests.

Lively event atmosphere with staff serving drinksThe bar is open to all guests, who can walk up and request any available drink. Ideal for lively, interactive events where quick, direct access to drinks matters most.
Waiter serving drinks directly to a seated guestDrinks are served directly to guests at their tables by waitstaff. A more premium, organized experience, well suited to formal events like weddings and corporate functions.

Custom Package

A blend of hosted bar service and drinks supply, built around your guest count, budget, and event flow.

Not every event needs the same setup from start to finish. A custom package might mean staffed service during peak hours and drinks supply for the rest, an open bar for the main event with table service at dinner, or any other mix that fits how your event actually runs.

We work through the details with you directly: guest count, timing, venue, and budget, and put together a plan around it, rather than fitting your event into a fixed format.

Frequently Asked Questions

We recommend booking at least 4 to 6 weeks ahead for weddings and gala events, and 2 to 3 weeks for smaller birthday celebrations, to guarantee availability and menu planning time.
Both. Our Drinks Supply and Staffed Bar packages include the drinks themselves. If you would prefer to supply your own drinks, we can offer bartending only service, just let us know when you enquire.
Absolutely. We build fully non alcoholic drinks menus, including mocktails, juices, and specialty beverages, for any event type.
